You'll defenitly want that high-waisted look and with this dress you don't have to fuss with shuving a shirt into your shirt and then wondering if you can see the seem of the shirt through the skirt. Booties are still hot, hot, hot. If you don't have any from last year, these are a good choice. Round up the look with a some color. Blue, magenta, purple, dark green. Almost any shade goes!
