Tory Burch Holiday 2008 Stocking Stuffers and More: BAGTRENDS

Dear Bagistas,

When I think of candy-color accessories that are both on-trend and classic, Tory Burch always tops the list. From the cult favorite Riva Flats (that never seem out-dated and are collected in every incarnation by die-hard TB fans) to the original Tory Tote, there's a lot to love in the world of Tory Burch. For the holiday season, especially as we all count our change, TB has plenty of stocking staffers. My personal favorite is the nautically-influenced Tory Tunic Key Chain for $45. With the current holiday season, I'm loving all the colored metallics and the fuchsia-orange combination (my wedding colors!!). The holiday collection is inspired by Truman Capote’s Black and White Ball. The ball was held in the Grand Ballroom of New York City's Plaza Hotel in 1966. It was considered the social event of the season and the guest list included several glamorous women of the time including; Marella Agnelli, Babe Paley, Candice Bergen, Lee Radzwill and Mia Farrow. The collection was also inspired by Tory’s childhood in Valley Forge where she used to love watching her mother and father get dressed for an evening out. Ah the glamour, the romance, the fashion!! My top picks include the Briza Cardina, a big splurge at $850 but def an investment piece ideal to dress-up jeans or add warmth over a black cocktail dress. I also LOVE these pink-orange gloves ($95). And how could I have a TRB list without including a bag. The new Anna Satchel ($495) has all shine and patent we come to know from TB, but isn't logo overload. I like the discreet "TT" logo on the side. I'm digging the shape, love the double zipper and wide opening. My one request, can we see this bag in coral?

Have a bag-a-licious day!
